Born in Vietnam, I discovered French culture at the age of 17, which is totally different from the one that has nourished me since my childhood. Returning with my husband - Nam to my native country, the impressive details of the custom allowed me to see life from another angle: more beautiful and more precious. Our trip to Vietnam in 2015 changed our lives. This is how we rediscover the art of Vietnamese coffee.
Coffee is drunk day and night in Vietnam, traditionally with the Vietnamese coffee filter - one of the French traces in Viet culture, or in a more modern way in high-end coffeeshops. No social barriers, no dress codes, just conversations around coffee.
